HB Scarf Poi - A beautiful set of flowarts scarf poi from Higgins Brothers. Made from weighted, yet soft fabric poi heads and brightly colored chiffon scarves. The scarves have been hemmed around the edges to stop fraying. Features strong and durable double nylon finger loops for comfortable spinning and a strong nylon cord. There is a swivel embedded in the top of each poi head which allows a 360 degree rotation. Each set of poi comes in a drawstring bag.
