We try our best to make sure our website is as up to date as possible, but we must say

OUR GUARANTEE
If you're not fully satisfied with our products, you can return them within 2 weeks for a refund. We will happily refund your money for the products ordered. Shipping costs are not refundable. We do not accept the return of used goods.
OUR WARRANTY
Higgins Brothers warrants all of our products against defects in workmanship and materials for 30 days. Any product that proves to be defective will be repaired or replaced at our cost. All damaged goods MUST be returned to our warehouse (with invoice) for inspection before a new or replacement product is shipped. In some cases, we will accept a digital photo. Our warranty does not cover cosmetic damage, accidents, abuse or neglect. All products are subject to normal wear and tear. All returns, credits and refunds are subject to Higgins Brothers approval. Please call or email first before you return any products. Claims for shortages and/or order discrepancies MUST be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
